  • 1 cup rajma, soaked overnight
  • 2 onions + 3 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp Taaza Kitchen King Masala
  • 1 tsp Taaza Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Taaza Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Taaza Turmeric Powder
  • Salt & oil

Step-by-step method

    Boil soaked rajma until soft and creamy.

    Cook onion-tomato puree with all powders until oil separates.

    Add boiled rajma with its water; simmer 20 minutes to thicken.

    Mash a few beans for body and serve hot with rice.
