Refund Policy

No Returns, No Exchange

Due to the nature of food products, Taaza Masale does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.

This policy exists to protect the hygiene, freshness and safety of every spice pack we send out.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review such cases individually.

Refunds for failed or cancelled orders

Refunds are only issued for orders that fail to be dispatched, are cancelled before dispatch, or are approved under the damaged/incorrect item process above. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
