Our returns and refund terms for TAAZA MASALE orders.
Eligibility
Sealed, unused products may be returned within the applicable return window if they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to request a refund
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or used spice packs cannot be returned unless they were defective on arrival.
