- 250 g paneer
- 1/2 cup cashew-melon seed paste
- 1 tbsp Taaza Paneer Masala
- 1 tsp Taaza Garam Masala
- A pinch of saffron in warm milk
- 1/2 cup cream & 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste

Cook cashew paste in butter without browning it.

Add paneer masala and saffron milk for aroma and colour.

Fold in paneer and simmer gently for 8 minutes.
