  • 1/2 cup cashew-melon seed paste
  • 1 tbsp Taaza Paneer Masala
  • 1 tsp Taaza Garam Masala
  • A pinch of saffron in warm milk
  • 1/2 cup cream & 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-step method

    Cook cashew paste in butter without browning it.

    Add paneer masala and saffron milk for aroma and colour.

    Fold in paneer and simmer gently for 8 minutes.
