  • 250 g paneer, cubed
  • 3 tomatoes + 12 cashews, blended
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Taaza Paneer Masala
  • 1 tsp Taaza Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Taaza Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • Salt & sugar to balance

Step-by-step method

    Simmer the tomato-cashew puree in butter until thick and glossy.

    Add paneer masala, red chilli powder and a pinch of sugar.

    Fold in paneer cubes and cook gently for 8 minutes.
